Making your trousers

1. Pattern Making

Your order is checked in Paris and then sent to our workshop in Portugal. Your custom pattern is created with the help of computer systems and then cut individually from the fabric you selected.

2. Trouser elements

The workshop prepares the different components of your custom men’s trousers: interlining, buttons, label, waistband reinforcement, and edge overcasting to ensure refined interior finishes.

3. Assembly of your trousers

The making process is divided into several specific operations, each carried out by specialized seamstresses. Every detail is then carefully inspected to ensure the quality of your custom men’s trousers, before the final touch of folding and pressing.
