100 day Fit Guarantee

If the fit of your first shirt or trousers doesn’t suit you, for any reason, we’ll remake it for free.
 

Your Fit Key will be updated for future orders.

Make a return

1. Wash your item before any alterations. It's normal for a new shirt to be a bit large (1 to 2 cm), as our algorithm anticipates shrinkage during washing.

2. You can have your item altered yourself and get reimbursed (see below).

3. Prefer to entrust the adjustments to us? Log in to your customer account and click on "Use this shirt as a starting point".

4. Adjust your Fit Key with the help of the tutorials on the site. It's easy because your first shirt serves as a reference. 

5. Validate your new order by entering the code  retour-H4GB  in the "gift code" field. If we need to get the item back for tailoring, we will send you a prepaid return label within. 

Altering an item yourself

If you know a tailor, save time by going directly through them. You can be reimbursed up to €30 for shirts and €50 for trousers, via the payment card used for the original order. For gifted items, we’ll issue a store credit for a future purchase.

To be reimbursed, simply email a photo of the receipt to lecontact@lechemiseur.fr. Please include a note about the alterations made, so we can update your Fit Key for future orders!

What does the Fit Guarantee cover?

We offer alterations or a full remake of your first item within 100 days of receipt. The Guarantee applies even if you manually adjusted the fit suggested by our AI. You benefit from the guarantee once per product type (shirt, trousers).

If you're not satisfied with the fabric or a specific detail, get in touch with us so we can find a solution together.

What if I order several shirts or trousers?

If you're a new customer and you order multiple items, we’ll first send you one piece to confirm the fit. To proceed with the rest of your order, simply go to your customer account or send us a quick message.
