If the fit of your first shirt isn’t perfect, we’ll remake it for free. Valid within 100 days.
We'll do anything so that you find your perfect Fit Key.
1. Put on your shirt.
The shirt you received serves as a reference. For a precise fit, we recommend wearing and washing it two or three times: it is normal for a new shirt to be about 1 cm too large (depending on the fabric), as our AI anticipates shrinkage during washing.
2. In my account, click on "Start from this shirt".
The Fit Key for your first shirt will be pre-filled.
3. Adjust your Fit.
Adjust the fit by following the easy-to-use tutorials on the site. Need help? Contact us, send photos via WhatsApp or book a video appointment.
4. Finalise your order.
Confirm your basket without paying, using the code retour-H4GB .
If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your first shirt (or first pair of trousers), for any reason, we will alter or remake it free of charge.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label if needed.
As our shirts and trousers are 100% made-to-measure and crafted especially for you, we can’t offer a refund if you change your mind about a fabric or a collar. But please contact us so we can find a solution.
If you know a tailor, save time by going directly through them. You can be reimbursed up to €30 for shirts and €50 for trousers, via the payment card used for the original order. For gifted items, we’ll issue a store credit for a future purchase.
To be reimbursed, simply email a photo of the receipt to lecontact@lechemiseur.fr. Please include a note about the alterations made, so we can update your Fit Key for future orders!
The Fit Guarantee also applies to your first pair of trousers! Follow the same procedure.
Please note:
If you're a new customer and you order multiple items, we’ll first send you (with no extra cost) one piece to confirm the fit.
Our guarantee covers one return per item type (shirt, trousers).
We cannot accept a second return for a +/- 1 cm difference, which corresponds to standard manufacturing tolerances and normal small variations in weight.
