LE CHEMISEUR® endeavours to display a reliable delivery estimate on the website, taking into account workshop workload and holiday periods.
-
Delays may occur in the event of force majeure or delivery disruptions.
-
A delivery delay does not entitle the Customer to a refund; however, LE CHEMISEUR® may offer a goodwill gesture – get in touch.
-
In the event of a delivery issue, LE CHEMISEUR® will file a claim with the carrier and follow up. In most cases, the parcel is recovered.
-
If the parcel has not arrived after 40 days, LE CHEMISEUR® will manufacture the missing items again at no cost to the Customer.
-
Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the order process and on the delivery page.

Article 6 – Claims and Quality
-
Inspection upon receipt
The Customer is asked to inspect the delivery upon receipt and report any issue within 7 days. For the Fit Guarantee on the first item, you have 100 days from receipt. Take the time to wear and wash the garment several times before requesting an alteration – this will help you better assess the adjustments needed.
-
Quality issues
If the Customer has followed the care instructions (in particular, no tumble dryer) and notices a defect, they should contact LE CHEMISEUR®. The item may be requested back for analysis; return shipping is covered by LE CHEMISEUR®. After inspection, a repair, replacement or refund will be offered. Quality claims must be made within 6 months of receipt.
